Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 10 days to process your order plus Shipping time. Expect an email within to let you know your order is on the way! On the rare occasion shipping times are delayed, we will endeavour to communicate this on the website.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information (dependent on shipping service selected).

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days of your order being completed using a courier service or Royal Mail depending on the size of order. Shipping rates will be clearly shown on our shop.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer International Shipping

REFUNDS & RETURNS

As all our products are made to order, using custom choices the customer selects, we are unable to offer any refund for any item ordered unless found to be faulty. In this event, please contact us to discuss.
